Matt received a coupon for one free giraffe feeding at our local zoo so we decided to take the girls to feed the giraffes today! It was a neat experience!
The giraffes get up close and personal with you and are very gentle.
Out of the three giraffes, the girls decided to feed the new baby giraffe.

She needed some assistance from Matt. She wasn't too sure about the giraffe being so close.
Giraffe feedings are scheduled at the Topeka Zoo on Saturdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays at 1:30pm. Each feeding cost $1, which is for one piece of lettuce or one giraffe feeding.
