Fun Project: Crayon Roll

For Christmas this year, I tried to handmake everything I gave away. Even though I was late on making it for her, I made this for my niece, Marleigh.

It's a crayon roll, to hold her crayons. It rolls up for easy travel and unrolls to keep all of her crayons in line and visible. I think it turned out so cute and it was fun to make! I'm still learning the different ways to sew and this was an easy project for me.

I even embroidered an M on it for her.

14 Weeks!

I'm fourteen weeks pregnant today!

Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 14 Weeks!

Size of baby: Baby Pollock is the size of a lemon!
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Couple pounds maybe?
Maternity Clothes: All regular clothes, although they are getting tight!
Gender: Can't wait to find out! Should know on February 17th. My prediction: girl. :)
Movement: Just flutters.
Sleep: I am sleeping better now!
What I miss: Nothing really - maybe sleeping on my stomach? And just being "normal". Being pregnant hasn't really sunk in yet.
Cravings: Pizza, chocolate, mexican food, cheeseburgers! I'm ALWAYS hungry!
Symptoms: Tired, restless, and hungry...all the time. And I get annoyed really easily.
Best Moment this week: Making announcements for when we find our the gender of our baby. Can't wait to see which one we'll get to use!

Announcing Chaseton or McKinsley?

Since our first ultrasound is coming up on February 17th, I thought I would get busy making cute announcements to share with our family and friends when we find out the gender of our third baby. Matt and I have had our names picked out for awhile now. The more children we have, the easier it seems to be to agree on our most favorite names. Here they are:

Chaseton was actually a name that Matt told me he wanted to name his first son when we were dating. I can't imagine naming him anything other than that. And Matthew is obviously after his daddy.

McKinsley will be called Kinsley. Caroline is a name that Matt actually picked for Finlee that I turned down. I love it now.

Before I give them away, I'm going to add our sweet babies first photograph to it. My prediction is still a girl, but we will see in five weeks or so! What do you think it will be? Enjoy!

13 Weeks!

I'm thirteen weeks pregnant today!
I've had quite a day so I haven't had a chance to take a picture yet. This soon will come.

Pregnancy Highlights:

Size of baby: Baby Pollock is the size of a medium shrimp!

Total Weight Gain/Loss: I haven't kept track. :) Only a pound or two, I'm sure.

Maternity Clothes: All regular clothes, although they are getting tight!

Sleep: I don't sleep well and haven't been since I found out I was preggo.

Cravings: Pizza, pizza, and more pizza and as weird as it is, tuna. I can't really have tuna but for some reason I'm craving tuna.

Symptoms: Just tired, all the time. And I get annoyed really easily.

Best Moment this week: Hearing the heartbeat again. :) I went to the doctor today and it was at 158.

I want to ask for your prayers tomorrow. I have had many, many issues with cysts. I have had many procedures to have them removed and another one has come along. Tomorrow I will be having another in-office procedure. It can be pretty scary so I just please ask for your prayers.
